Transforms is a brand specializing in modern, multi-functional furniture systems, created with contemporary lifestyles, compact spaces and the growing needs of the housing market in mind.

On January 31, 2026, the first Transforms Concept Store in Poland was opened – a flagship showroom with an area of ​​​​approximately 100 m² in the Domoteka Furniture Center in Warsaw.

This is the first and only showroom in Poland entirely dedicated to premium multifunctional furniture, presented as a complete, original interior design concept.

The opening of the showroom in Warsaw is the starting point for building a selective Transforms Concept Store (TCS) network in Poland and abroad.

A unique business concept

Transforms Concept Store is not a classic furniture store.

This is a concept store where customers can truly experience how innovative solutions – fold-out beds, sofa beds, built-in systems and multi-functional furniture – are changing the way of life in modern cities.

The lack of comparable showrooms in Poland makes TCS an exceptionally attractive business project, both for interior design companies and investors looking for a refined, niche premium concept.

Who do we invite to cooperate?

We invite B2B Partners to cooperate with us who:

  • operate in the furniture, interior design, development or retail industries,
  • have experience in selling premium products,
  • or want to invest in the development of a unique business concept in their city.

We are looking for Partners in large cities in Poland and abroad, excluding Warsaw.

Local exclusivity

When cooperating with Partners, we respect the principle of territorial exclusivity.

Each Transforms Concept Store Partner receives exclusivity for a given city or region, which ensures:

  • lack of internal competition,
  • investment security,
  • stable development of the local market,
  • strong position of the Transforms brand in a given location.

We’re not building a mass network. We focus on a limited number of prestigious salons run by carefully selected Partners.

How we support our B2B Partners

Transforms provides comprehensive support at every stage of launching and running a Transforms Concept Store.

Local requirements

  • expected minimum area of ​​the TCS showroom: 100–120 m²,
  • premises in a good, visible location (furniture centers, interior design galleries, premium retail).

Conceptual design of the living room

  • we prepare an individual conceptual design of a TCS showroom, tailored to the specific space and local market,
  • We ensure aesthetic and functional consistency in line with the Transforms brand standards.

Furniture and fitting design

  • we develop designs for exhibition furniture and showroom furniture,
  • the solutions are optimized for the presentation of multifunctional furniture,
  • the showroom is prepared to serve B2C and B2B clients (architects, developers, investors).

Complete implementation specification

Each Partner receives a detailed list of all the elements needed to implement the salon, including:

  • lighting (halogen, track, accent),
  • recommended wall colors,
  • recommended colors and type of flooring,
  • arrangement accessories and decorative elements,
  • guidelines for product display and interior climate.

Starter package for TCS Partner

Each Transforms Concept Store Partner receives a complete starter package that allows you to quickly and safely launch your store:

  • free training in:
  • technical properties of Transforms furniture,
  • mechanisms and functions of multifunctional furniture,
  • principles of proper presentation and sales,
  • a set of trade catalogues,
  • material and finish samples,
  • the opportunity to purchase furniture for the new showroom at preferential prices,
  • free assembly of all furniture in the Transforms Concept Store showroom,
  • the possibility of using a paid furniture assembly service for future clients of the Partner, carried out by experienced Transforms teams.

Thanks to this, Partner:

  • reduces startup costs,
  • has full technical and sales support,
  • offers its clients a comprehensive “product + assembly” service.
