The Customer’s waiting time for the shipment consists of:
- production time of the ordered product
- delivery time
1. Production time of the ordered product:
Complete ClickBed beds:
- standard – 8-10 weeks
ClickBed mechanisms:
- standard – 4-6 weeks
- selected models and sizes – 24h
We provide the approximate delivery time after placing the order to the specified e-mail address by contacting us by phone.
If we have the product in stock – we send the package after receiving the payment to our account.
In the case of payment by bank transfer – the start time of order processing coincides with the moment the payment is credited to the bank account, the minimum payment amount is 30%.
In the case of card payment, the prepayment value is 100% of the order.
2. Delivery time depends on the method of collection/delivery of the goods selected by the Customer:
- delivery and assembly by Abar employees – always agreed with the customer by phone by an employee of our company.
- shipment via transport companies – products are delivered within 2-3 business days.
- personal collection – 5 days a week from 8:00 to 15:00.
