Shop products

  1. All products available on the ClickBed Online Store website are new and covered by the manufacturer’s or its authorized representative’s warranty in Poland.
  1. All products offered in the ClickBed Online Store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects and have been legally introduced to the Polish market.
  1. All products and names listed are used for identification purposes and may be registered trademarks of their respective owners.
  2. All products of the ClickBed Online Store are imported in accordance with the customer’s order, the waiting period for the product is always provided on the product page.

Conditions of placing an order

  1. The customer of the ClickBed Online Store may only be a natural person with full or limited legal capacity or a legal person.
  1. The customer may place orders 7 (seven) days a week and 24 (twenty-four) hours a day via the website https://clickbed.pl. After registering and logging in to the above-mentioned website, places an order, indicating the product they are interested in, by selecting the “ADD TO CART” command on the product page, and then indicating the method of collection and payment in the Cart, and confirming the order.
  1. In the Cart, the Customer indicates:(a) ordered products;(b) address to which the subject of the order is to be delivered and data necessary for issuing an invoice;

    (c) method of delivery;

    (d) method of payment;
    (e)    accepts consent to the processing of personal data by ABAR Eksport-Import Bogdan Kamiński.

  2. The ordering procedure includes the commands “ADD TO CART”, “CONTINUE SHOPPING” “COMPLETE ORDER”, “CHECKOUT”, “I SELECT THIS SHIPMENT”, “I BUY AND PAY”. The customer places an order by selecting the command “I BUY AND PAY”. Placing an order constitutes the submission by the customer to the ClickBed Online Store of an offer to conclude a sales agreement for the products that are the subject of the order.
  1. After placing the order, the ClickBed Online Store sends a confirmation of order registration to the e-mail address provided by the customer, together with the proforma invoice and the store’s regulations. Confirmation of order registration is a statement by the ClickBed Online Store of acceptance of the offer.
  1.  The subject of the order may be delivered to the customer or collected in person, depending on their choice:
    (a)    to the address indicated by the customer in the order;
    (b)    personal collection at the point: ul. Podgórna, nr 11a, 05-074 Nowy Konik
  2.     The prices of courier deliveries depend on the type of goods ordered, information on the cost of delivery is available in the order basket after adding products.
  1.     The order completion date depends on the type of product and is provided each time for each product.
  2. In the event that the ordered product is not available or the order cannot be completed for other reasons, including if purchasing them from the ClickBed Online Store suppliers is not possible within the time provided for order completion, the ClickBed Online Store will inform the customer about the situation by sending a message to the e-mail address provided by the customer or by phone to the number provided by the customer.
  3. In the event that the completion of part of the order is not possible, the ClickBed Online Store may propose to the customer:(a) cancellation of the entire order (if the customer selects this option, The ClickBed Online Store will be exempt from the obligation to fulfill the order);(b)    cancellation of the order in the part in which fulfillment is not possible within the specified time (if the customer selects this option, the order will be fulfilled in part, with the ClickBed Online Store being exempt from the obligation to fulfill it in the remaining scope);

    (c)    splitting the order and setting a new fulfillment date for the part of the order that cannot be fulfilled within the originally specified time (if the customer selects this option, the products included in the order will be sent in several separate shipments, and the customer will not incur additional costs related to dividing the order into several shipments).

  4. In the event that the ordered product is not in stock or the customer’s order cannot be fulfilled for other reasons, the ClickBed Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 (fourteen) days. If payment for the subject of the order was made in advance – the ClickBed Online Store will refund the paid amount to the customer within 7 (seven) days from the date of sending the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

Start of order processing and payment methods.

  1. Order processing begins when the transfer is posted to the account, payment is received by credit/payment card or transfer via the przelewy24.pl service or the customer signs a credit agreement with one of the installment companies.
  2. The condition for starting the order processing by the ClickBed Online Store is the payment by the customer of a deposit of at least 30% of the value of the placed order.
  3. The additional payment is made at the time of receipt of the product, by prepayment to a bank account, by credit/payment card or transfer via the przelewy24.pl service or by courier delivery – depending on the payment method chosen by the customer.
  4. All bank payments should be made to the Store’s bank account number provided.

A receipt or VAT invoice is issued for each order. The sales document is delivered with the shipment, or will be sent via Poczta Polska to the address indicated as the goods shipping address or another, indicated by the customer for correspondence purposes.

Product prices

  1. The ClickBed Online Store places information about products on the ClickBed.pl website and sells the aforementioned products via the Internet.
  2.  Prices on the ClickBed Online Store website placed next to the product:(a)    include VAT and are given in Polish zloty;
    (b)    do not include information on shipping costs;
    (c)    do not contain information on possible customs duties in the event of shipping the goods outside Poland.
  3. The binding and final price is the price of the product given on the ClickBed Online Store website at the time the customer places the order.
  4. Information on the shipping price will be given in the basket, it depends on the quantity of goods and the selected delivery or personal collection option.
  5. No fees are charged for personal collection.
  6. Information on the total value of the order is presented in the Basket after the customer selects the form of delivery of the item.
  7. The ClickBed Online Store reserves the right to make changes to product prices on an ongoing basis, and to conduct and cancel all types of promotional campaigns and sales. The right referred to in the previous sentence does not affect orders placed before the effective date of the price change, terms of promotional campaigns or sales.

Order modification

  1. The customer may make changes to the order until the ClickBed Online Store ships the subject of the order to the customer. Changes may only concern the cancellation of all or part of the products included in the order, changes to the delivery address or changes to the data on the invoice. In the event of cancellation of the order, if the payment was made in advance, the refund will be made within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the customer’s cancellation by the store.
  2. Changes can be made via the store’s email: info@clickbed.pl or by contacting the Customer Service Department of the ClickBed Online Store.

Complaints

  1. The customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the subject of the order, if the complaint concerns furniture elements.
  2. The customer has the right to file a complaint within 10 (ten) years from the date of delivery of the subject of the order, if the complaint concerns the furniture mechanism or the mattress insert model Amber Dream Sembella – purchased through the ClickBed Online Store.
  3. The customer has the right to a warranty within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery subject of the order.
  1. The ClickBed Online Store will respond to the customer’s complaint within 14 (fourteen) days and inform them of the further procedure.
  2. A necessary condition is to submit the complaint in writing.
  3. In the event that the complaint is considered in favor of the customer – the ClickBed Online Store may repair, replace, reduce the price or return the equivalent of the purchased goods or exchange the complained product for a full-value product.

Cancellation of order and withdrawal from the agreement

  1. The customer may cancel the order if the products it consists of have not yet been sent:(a)    by contacting the Customer Service Department;(b)    by sending information electronically.
  2. A customer who is a natural person, making purchases in the ClickBed Online Store within the scope of activities not directly related to their business or professional activity, may return any product ordered in the ClickBed Online Store without giving a reason within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the completed order, with the exception of products made to special order, in accordance with the customer’s order.
  3. The customer referred to in paragraph 2 above may return the purchased products, on the terms described in this paragraph, if within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the subject of the order, they submit a declaration of withdrawal from the agreement and return the goods. However, in the case of goods made to individual order, the above entitlement does not apply.
  4. The customer referred to in paragraph 2 above may return the subject of the order in whole or in part:(a) at Salon Abar – upon receipt of the parcel or within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the order,
    (b) upon receipt of the parcel delivered by courier. In such case, the returned products included in the order should be sent to the following address: ul. Podgórna, nr 11a, 05-074 Nowy Konik.
  1. In the event of withdrawal from the agreement by the customer, they shall bear the costs of returning the goods.
  2. All payments between the parties shall be made by payment of the nominal amount expressed in Polish zloty.
  3. The ClickBed Online Store does not accept cash on delivery parcels sent to it and is not liable for the costs associated with such parcels.
  4. The ClickBed Online Store shall refund the amount due within 7 calendar days in the event of returning the goods in accordance with paragraph 2.

Personal data

  1. Providing personal data by the customer is voluntary, but necessary for registration and fulfillment of the customer’s orders in the ClickBed Online Store.
  2. The personal data provided by the customer will be processed in order to enable the customer to use the store, including the execution of the placed order. The customer’s data will also be processed for marketing purposes, including for the purpose of sending information about new products, services and promotions offered by the ClickBed Online Store.
  3. The administrator of the customer’s personal data is Abar Eksport-Import Bogdan Kamiński ul. Podgórna, nr 11a, 05-074 Nowy Konik.
  4.  The data administrator is not responsible for providing false personal data by the customer.
  5. Customers of the ClickBed Online Store have the right to view their personal data, correct it and request its removal.

Final provisions

  1. Information about products posted on the ClickBed Online Store website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
  2. The Store is not responsible for interruptions in the use of the ClickBed Online Store due to technical reasons (maintenance, inspection, replacement of equipment, etc.) or other reasons beyond its control.
  3. The ClickBed Online Store is not responsible for blocking by mail server administrators of sending messages to the e-mail address indicated by the customer and for deleting and blocking e-mails by software installed on the computer used by the customer.
  4. Differences between the visualization of the product available in the ClickBed Online Store resulting from the individual settings of the customer’s computer (color, proportions, etc.) cannot be the basis for a complaint.
  5. In matters not regulated in the regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on special conditions of consumer sales and amendments to the Code Civil (Journal of Laws No. 141 of 2002, item 1176) and the Act on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and on Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product (Journal of Laws No. 22 of 2000, item 271).
  6. All product names posted on the ClickBed Online Store website are used for identification purposes and may be protected and reserved under the provisions of the Industrial Property Law (Journal of Laws No. 119 of 2003, item 1117).
  7. These Regulations are effective from May 15, 2018.
  8. The ClickBed Online Store reserves the right to change the regulations. Any change to the regulations becomes effective on the date indicated by the store, no shorter than 7 days from the date the amended regulations are made available on the ClickBed.pl website. Orders placed by customers before the changes to the regulations come into force are fulfilled according to the previous provisions of the regulations.
